About Me

Hello! My Name is Nicholas Quilty-Koval. I graduated from Onondaga Community College with an Associates of Applied Science. At OCC I became familiar with GIS and have used it both in the classroom as a GIS student worker and in the workplace under my towns Urban Planner and Town Arborist. Part of my work under the Urban Planner and Arborist focused on revitalization of my community. I helped in determining tree planting locations, bike path implementation, and creating the grant proposal for a permeable road.
